Description: Hindi Diwas (14th September) is celebrated annually to pay tribute to the mother language of India. Lucknow Public School celebrated Hindi Week from 1/9/22 to 17/09/22 with the variety of activities under the proper guidance of teachers. The slogan is a memorable motto or phrase used in the political, commercial, religious and other contexts, to repeatedly express any thoughts or intentions. In the same context Naara Lekhan Pratiyogita was organized for students of class 3 in which they participated with full enthusiasm. Sulekh Lekhan Pratiyogita was organised for the students of classes 3,4 and 5 in which students participated with full interest and wrote very beautifully. In lieu of Hindi Week Kavi Sammelan Competition was organized house wise for the classes 3-5. Students recited poems and the poems were soothing, humorous, some, full of satire while others touched our hearts and unfurled our emotions. A quiz is a form of game or mind sport in which players attempt to answer questions correctly about a certain or variety of subjects. Thus a Prashnottari Pratiyogita was organized house wise for the students of classes 3-5. Three students from each class participated and they answered the questions very intelligently. Doha is a lyrical verse-format which was extensively used by Indian poets and bards of North India probably since the beginning of the 6th century AD. A Doha Vachan Pratiyogita was conducted house wise in which 6 students of each house from classes 3 and 4 participated and recited the dohas very enthusiastically. A poem is a piece of writing in which the words are chosen for their beauty and sound and are carefully arranged, often in short lines. A Kavita Lekhan competition was organized for the students of classes 3-5 and they participated with full zeal and zest. Solving the puzzles is loved by all. A Shabd Paheli activity was conducted in class 3 in which students participated with full zeal and zest. This way the Hindi Week was celebrated.
